Unlike a traditional event planner or a straight rental company, we handle both the coordination and the table itself. Every package includes vintage-inspired dishware in place of paper plates or a rental minimum, so your event feels curated and complete without you having to buy, store, or return anything yourself.

Yes. Depending on your package, Stay Awhile can provide thoughtfully curated plates, glassware, flatware, linens, candles, and centerpiece styling to bring your gathering together.

We specialize in micro events, gatherings of about 6 to 25 people. This lets us give the same level of attention to every detail that larger event planners often can't offer once guest counts climb into the hundreds.

Each of our three collections (Intimate, Gathering, Celebration) includes different levels of service, from consultation and dishware to full setup, RSVP tracking, and day-of coordination. No, we style and coordinate events at a location you provide, your home, a rental space, or another venue. If you need help thinking through venue options, we're happy to advise as part of the planning process.

That's exactly what we're here for. Our dishware sets are included in every package, so you don't need to own place settings for more than a handful of people.

We're based in Glens Falls and serve Saratoga Springs and the surrounding Adirondack and Capital Region communities, with select availability in southern Vermont (Manchester, Dorset).
