Vendor Communication (included in the Celebration Collection) covers coordinating with any outside vendors you've hired for your event, photographers, rental companies, entertainment, and more. Catering Coordination (available as an add-on) is more specific: it covers placing your catering order and picking it up on your behalf. If your event only needs help with one caterer rather than multiple vendors, Catering Coordination alone may be all you need.

Larger events tend to involve more moving pieces, multiple vendors, more complex timelines, so we build that coordination into our top tier by default. If your event doesn't require outside vendors, this can be removed and replaced with the Catering Coordination add-on instead, so you're only paying for what you actually need.

Not every host wants catering. Some clients prefer to cook for their own event, and building this into every package would mean charging for a service some people won't use. Offering it as an add-on lets you include it only if it fits your event.

Each collection offers a different level of support depending on the size and needs of your gathering. The Intimate Collection focuses on styling and setup for smaller gatherings, the Gathering Collection adds day of coordination and guest management, and the Celebration Collection provides the most comprehensive planning and coordination from start to finish.

No. Your collection includes curated plates, glassware, flatware, and linens selected to complement your event. We can also work with pieces you already own if you have something special you would like to incorporate.

Yes. If you already have the planning handled but want help bringing the table or gathering together, individual services and add ons may be available. Reach out for a custom quote.

Yes. Every package includes plate selection, you'll be able to choose from a variety of dish-ware and flatware styles to match the look and feel you're going for.

After your consultation, we'll put together a custom mood board to give you a visual sense of the direction for your event, colors, styling, table details, before anything is finalized. It's included in every package, but it's meant as a helpful starting point, not a requirement you have to follow exactly.

Yes. Invitation design and RSVP tracking (included in the Gathering and Celebration Collections) are tailored to your specific event, guest list, and style rather than a generic template, so the experience feels consistent with the rest of your day.

Not at all, our guest count ranges are more of a general guide than a strict rule. The Celebration Collection tends to fit larger events because it includes vendor coordination and more hands-on, day-of management, but the package you choose really comes down to what services you need, not just how many people are coming. For example, if you're hosting 8 guests but want invitation design and RSVP tracking included, the Gathering Collection might be the better fit even though your event is on the smaller side.

You provide the guest list and contact information, and we’ll take care of the rest. Simply provide your guest list and contact information, and we’ll manage the responses, keep your guest count organized, and follow up on outstanding RSVPs so you don’t have to.

We take care of setting the table and styling the included elements before your guests arrive, then return afterward to collect our pieces and leave the space ready for you to enjoy.

Yes. Catering coordination is available as an add on for the Gathering Collection and Intimate Collection. This can include helping coordinate your order, communicating with your caterer, and arranging pickup or delivery details. Food styling is also available for charcuterie, desserts, beverage stations, and other food displays.

Once you book your collection, we’ll start with a consultation to learn about your gathering, your vision, and the little details that matter to you. From there, we’ll build your plan and guide you through the pieces included in your collection so everything feels intentional, cohesive, and ready to enjoy.
